Accompanied my uncle to the salon for a hair makeover today. Harper B did an exceptional job! She was professional, courteous, and well-informed. My uncle struggles with self-esteem issues and today, I witnessed a genuine smile on his face for the first time in a while. I am thankful for choosing this salon and we will definitely be back. The talented stylist who transformed my hair was Harper. She was a delight to be around and she restored my confidence by giving me such vibrant and beautiful hair. I left with the perfect pink hair that felt nourished and looked stunning. All the individuals in the salon were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the wonderful experience. It was my initial hair appointment since relocating to Miami and it exceeded all my expectations.
I've been wanting to share my feedback from my recent visit here. I had a 9am appointment back in March that didn't commence until almost 10. The hairstylist had misplaced her glasses and was delayed for the appointment. I probably should have rescheduled since I can't see well without my glasses, but with the difficulty of finding time away from my young children, I decided to proceed. Afterward, I noticed uneven spots in my hair and my highlighted section had been left on for too long, resulting in an almost gray hue during the processing. I had to visit another salon for color correction and toner application. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning here.
