My initial thoughts upon entering the salon were of its pristine cleanliness, elegant decor, and stunning interior design. The atmosphere exudes tranquility and comfort. The staff members are exceedingly courteous and professional. The service provided was flawless; I received a wash, cut, and blowout. My hair has never looked as fabulous or felt as amazing. I will definitely come back and spread the word. Everything about this place and the individuals who operate here was exceptional! Despite being in downtown Hartford, you'd never guess it. The exclusive entryway added an extra layer of security to the space! Upon stepping into the lounge, it felt like a fantasy world for mermaids! Each individual was kind, humorous, and understanding. My initial visit to this salon left a lasting impression, and I am certain it will not be my last. I had scheduled an appointment for an ANC treatment and a hot stone pedicure. Unfortunately, I could not proceed with the full pedicure due to a cut on my foot the previous evening. However, the salon graciously accommodated me by refreshing my polish until my foot heals. The ANC treatment was exceptional. My manicurist exhibited expertise, gentleness, and exceptional manners. The salon itself is impeccably maintained - clean, orderly, and exceedingly comfortable. The pedicure massage chairs are a delightful experience. Overall, my time here was truly delightful. I eagerly anticipate my next appointment.
