Everything about this place and the individuals who operate here was exceptional! Despite being in downtown Hartford, you'd never guess it. The exclusive entryway added an extra layer of security to the space! Upon stepping into the lounge, it felt like a fantasy world for mermaids! Each individual was kind, humorous, and understanding. There was no hint of negativity or criticism here! <3
Could not have had a better haircut! Taylor was my stylist, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received! I have very long hair and am usually hesitant to try a new stylist, but Taylor took the time to listen to my desires, examine my inspiration images, and checked in with me throughout the haircut to ensure my satisfaction. The engaging conversation and styling were an added bonus. I will definitely return and am grateful to have someone so talented and knowledgeable working on my hair. The educational component was also valued as Taylor took the time to address all my queries and concerns regarding maintenance, care, and future product/coloring choices.
