This store is fantastic. Recently discovered it with my daughter, and we are impressed. It's impeccably clean, well-organized, and reasonably priced. They offer a wide range of products, and the customer service is top-notch. Two thumbs up from us. I highly recommend this store.

The staff here is friendly and accommodating. The store is spotless. I jokingly mentioned wanting my photo on their window display, but apparently, that honor is reserved for those who engage in theft. Paying customers like myself just receive receipts 😂...

Honestly, I typically refrain from leaving negative feedback, but as a long-time customer, I must express my disappointment. I selected a human hair lace front wig, only to arrive home and discover that I was given a completely different wig. Upon calling the store immediately (just 15 minutes after leaving), I inquired about exchanging it for the correct item, but was met with a dismissive and rude attitude. I explained that the wig was untouched, still in its packaging with tags, and had just been purchased. Despite acknowledging this, they callously informed me that all sales were final and refused to assist. I did not exhibit any rudeness or aggression. As a stylist with my own business, I frequently spend a substantial amount at that store. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and as a result, I will no longer support their business. It's unfortunate, as they are one of the more reputable beauty stores in the area.
