The focus seemed to be on attracting new clients rather than catering to existing ones by approaching customers in the parking area. The manicure I got was subpar, with no attention given to my cuticles. The hand massage lasted a mere 12 seconds, and I was relieved it was brief so I could leave sooner. At checkout, I was surprised by the $25 charge instead of the advertised $22. I'd rate this experience negatively if possible.
Today, I had a delightful visit for a classic manicure. It was my first time here, and I was promptly attended to by two friendly individuals. This nail salon is one of the cleanest I've been to, which is crucial for me. The pricing was also very fair. Thank you for the excellent service, and I'll definitely return!
If you prefer sleek, slender nails, Riley is the one to visit. The ambiance is laid-back. I didn't feel rushed like I was in a fast-food drive-thru.
