The focus seemed to be on attracting new clients rather than catering to existing ones by approaching customers in the parking area. The manicure I got was subpar, with no attention given to my cuticles. The hand massage lasted a mere 12 seconds, and I was relieved it was brief so I could leave sooner. At checkout, I was surprised by the $25 charge instead of the advertised $22.
