Someone needs to be terminated. Or maybe the entire team. The store is in complete disarray, dirty, and repulsive. The store manager displays extreme unprofessionalism, rudeness, and lackadaisical behavior. The overall attitudes are sloppy and the work ethic is even worse. How can a company be unaware of what is happening in their stores and how they are being run? It seems like all they care about is money. On top of that, they overcharge customers when prices are clearly displayed. I will never set foot in this store again!!!
I am not sure if there is a lack of staff or something, but almost every time I visit this store, it seems to be closed or closing early. Today, at 8:26, I arrived at the store only to find it already closed. The employees inside looked at me as if I was causing a disturbance, so I decided to leave and will not be returning.
The floors are now cleaner since the store is under new management. It has improved in appearance, and they even have two aisles with items priced at one dollar each. The cashiers are friendly, including the one with a beautiful dark complexion.
