Securing an appointment is almost impossible. Even when you manage to book one, it often gets canceled or rescheduled. I don't recommend getting a membership here. Despite being members for over a decade, my spouse and I struggle to secure appointments despite paying monthly fees. There's no reimbursement if you cancel your membership. I eventually decided to cancel mine, taking a significant financial hit. I'm tired of paying for services I can't access. In terms of massage quality, it's advisable to seek alternatives. After a session, my husband's back was left red and bruised for days, causing him severe pain. When he requested a lighter touch, the masseuse replied, "stop resisting." Speaking to the manager yielded no resolution. On another occasion, a masseuse dozed off during the session, resting her head on his while he was face down. Explore other options before considering Massage Envy.
