We adore Miranda and this store! Both my offspring and I possess curly hair and she has bestowed upon us the finest cut we have ever received.
But genuinely the crux is, that this is not how any small business should manage a gift card predicament. You should not provide gift cards if you are unable to redeem them. Now I suppose you just received a $150 gift from my kids. Enjoy
A lengthy tale but in short.. my offspring bought gift cards from Miranda and I hold over $150 left. Yet since she relocated her store she refuses to redeem them. This is not how a small business proprietor should act. I opted for Miranda due to interacting with her colleague once and that individual was extremely impolite. Conversely, overheard Miranda with her patron and she appeared kind, yet regrettably I did not witness that facet of her in my encounter. $150 is a substantial sum that my kids expended on a present for me, disheartening that they elected to spend it here. UPDATE.. I had no idea about a cancellation policy, you never stated that. I endeavored to clarify that I have severe health concerns and that I made every effort to be considerate when I did need to cancel, but sometimes it is beyond my control.
