Today, I overlooked the fact that it was a holiday, leading to the closure of my usual nail salon. After a search, I stumbled upon various nail salons in town. While many displayed accurate operating hours on Google, some failed to indicate closure, which I found unprofessional. Luckily, I discovered a salon open on Labor Day, conveniently located near my residence. Although the service for my pedicure was satisfactory, I observed the lack of tub liners for sanitation, which was concerning. Additionally, my request for a refill did not meet my expectations. The acrylic set I received was far from the desired outcome, appearing rushed and poorly executed. Despite initial positive reviews, my experience fell short of expectations, and I regret not sticking to a pedicure only. In hindsight, waiting for my regular salon to reopen would have been a wiser choice. This visit was a letdown, and I have no intention of returning.

I arrived at this establishment due to their extended operating hours until 8 PM. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a poor decision. I specifically requested a pedicure, and was charged $40 for a service that lasted only 20 minutes. The process included a foot rinse, nail filing, application of sugar scrub without proper massage, nail painting, and a brief leg rub with a hot towel. The lotion used had an unpleasant scent and was quickly applied. During checkout, the staff member left abruptly for a phone call, resulting in a double charge on my card. Despite informing them of the error, they insisted it was a single charge. The overall service was subpar, the pricing was unreasonable, and I now have to dispute the duplicate charge on my card. Disappointing experience.

I sought nail art for the Christmas season, and Kayla and her team delivered exceptional service. Their attention to detail and personalized approach left me thoroughly satisfied. I look forward to returning for future appointments.
