Nurses were exceptional. The Doctor was extremely dismissive, rushed through the appointment, did not take me seriously due to my age. I shared my pain and stiffness issues, provided my complete medical history. He insisted I didn't have arthritis, so there was nothing he could do. He simply said, "There's nothing wrong with you, I can't assist you." He suggested I consult my primary doctors for pain relief. Being 19, I refuse to rely on pain medication for life. When I asked for advice on alternatives to stretching at the end of the appointment, he ignored me, said he couldn't help, wished me a good day, and left. I didn't receive a summary of the appointment and had to leave on my own. I've never felt compelled to write a review until now. I'm deeply frustrated by the lack of genuine "care" I experienced today.
