My Mother and I had our first pedicure experience with Rosey and we are eagerly anticipating our next visit. It was not just a great pedicure, but Rosey was incredibly warm, vibrant, and made us feel like part of the family. I also had the chance to explore the incredible boutique at the salon! You truly have to witness it to believe it. The ambiance and energy at this salon are absolutely delightful. Looking forward to returning!
I am always a last-minute client, yet they always manage to fit me in! As a result, I take any available stylist for my appointment and have never been disappointed (whether it's colors or cuts). These ladies are truly skilled professionals. The reason I keep returning, especially for product purchases, is because of Sandy! She is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Sandy remembers your name before you even mention it! She assists me with all my needs, finds the best product deals, and even goes out of her way to source items I've seen online but are not in the store. She is simply the best of the best!
The salon is pleasant, with friendly staff...but I have doubts about the training the stylists receive. Despite having two different stylists work on my hair, my layers still needed better blending. When I requested a fix (even offering to pay), the owner suggested I find a new salon. Such a letdown! :(
