AVOID THIS PLACE!! If I could rate it ZERO stars, I would without hesitation!! Despite the 4.7-star Google rating and the so-called "cleanliness" mentioned in reviews, my experience was a complete disaster. I had called in advance to book an appointment, but the moment I stepped in, I wanted to walk right back out!! The place was DISGUSTING, with kids' toys scattered around, food on the floor, and furniture in tatters!! It was a mess - a total joke!! When I inquired about their use of "sterile tool packs," the response I got was, "Oh - you want it like that?!" Seriously?! YES, I want it like that - STERILE!!?? After disappearing for 5 minutes to supposedly "find" a sterile package, I lost my patience and had to leave in utter disgust. Check out the photos for proof!! AVOID THIS PLACE!! Terrible hygiene practices, filthy environment - this establishment should be labeled as UNHYGIENIC NAILS!!!

Having relocated to the area just a year ago, I needed to find a new nail salon. Opted for this one based on its proximity and relatively positive reviews. However, I will not be returning. I had my nails done here for my honeymoon last fall, with tips applied. A month later, I went back to have them redone for an upcoming trip. The nail technician was careless, impatient, and completely mishandled my nails, causing me immense pain. She haphazardly ripped off each nail, paying no attention to the damage she was causing. One nail suffered particularly as she lifted my natural nail, tearing it and causing immediate bleeding. The pain was excruciating, and I had to look away. Despite the mishap, she continued working on my nails without acknowledging the situation. No discount or compensation was offered afterwards.
