Outstanding experience! Visited for a haircut by Taylor, and she was wonderful to converse with, had an incredible personality, and executed a fantastic haircut. Exceptional customer service; she truly deserves all the recognition she receives.

My son always receives excellent haircuts at Fantastic Shears. Occasionally, he encounters a stylist who not only delivers exceptional haircuts but also provides a welcoming atmosphere. Alex made my son feel as if he was chatting with a close friend. We will definitely return.

I will never visit "Fantastic Shears" again! I cannot recommend it. My son had his first birthday photoshoot, so I took him for a haircut. Taylor was impolite, unprofessional, and botched my son's hair. She lacked patience with children, cutting his hair haphazardly with crooked lines. It appeared as though my son had cut his own hair. I was in tears. Taylor kept insisting that my child was too young, but clearly lacked the necessary skills. My son had three haircuts, and the others were pleasant and well-done! I had to take my son to get his hair fixed because I refused to spend $600 on photos for a messy haircut. Fantastic Shears was a waste of money! They only care about rushing through haircuts in 20 minutes and pushing clients out. They do not value their customers or prioritize the quality of their work. I spoke with the manager, and she mentioned I could return to her or any other Fantastic Shears locations. The staff at all the branches were extremely rude! However, I am immensely grateful to the stylist at C & C who rectified the disaster created by Fantastic Shears, at no cost. Avoid "Fantastic Shears" - it's a waste of time and money! A complete disaster!
