My boyfriend and I had our pedicures done today. The service was exceptional, a solid 10 out of 10. We will definitely return soon. Thank you, Ivy, for everything! 😊
I typically refrain from leaving negative feedback, as it's usually not too bad. However, the nail design I requested, based on a Pinterest image, looks nothing like what I received. The white coat appears blotchy as it was not properly applied. Additionally, a stray hair got stuck on one of my nails, which I noticed only after it was cured under the UV light, leaving a black hair embedded in the polish. Moreover, during cuticle cutting, some skin was left hanging. Despite her kindness, I could only give a modest tip and 2 stars. I won't be returning after this disappointing experience.
One of the finest services I've experienced in a long while. Exceptionally professional and friendly. IVY performed an outstanding job on my pedicure. The ambiance is very cozy. The owner is phenomenal, and I adore the positive vibes.
