I had a fantastic experience at this establishment. Glenn was exceptionally kind and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere complemented by delightful music. Despite a mishap with a DIY hair treatment, he not only salvaged my hair but also managed to make it look stunning. Moreover, when I realized my parking meter had a 30-minute limit, he dashed across the street mid-haircut to extend it. Now that's what I call outstanding service! An excellent haircut at a reasonable price.
Among all the places I've visited during my two years as a student in Santa Cruz, this is the only one that has provided me with a truly great haircut. Glenn, who attended to me, was incredibly helpful and even offered some valuable styling tips. The salon boasts a pleasant ambiance and reasonable rates. They definitely know their craft!
After receiving a haircut from Glenn, I left feeling extremely satisfied. It might just be the best haircut I've had in Santa Cruz so far. Glenn is not only skilled but also kind, engaging in conversation or respecting silence based on your preference. I highly recommend this establishment!
