The manager poorly executed a French tip fill on my nails. The white paint was crooked with visible brush strokes and some areas were missing polish. When I returned the next day for a fix, she responded rudely, saying, "nothing I do will make you happy." I simply requested a clean French tip, which I don't believe is unreasonable. Disappointing and disrespectful service, I would not recommend this place.
Very relaxing experience. Although my nails chipped on my first visit, they promptly fixed them for me, demonstrating excellent customer service. The Venetian decor is a lovely touch!
This will be my final visit here! The manager, a discourteous woman, provided a terrible service. On my second visit, my nails turned out poorly - the acrylic was lumpy, installed crookedly, and she disputed my requested shape and color. The quality of the acrylic seemed subpar or old, as it peeled off, leaving my nails cracked and severely damaged. Unprofessional and tacky service, overall a terrible job!
