This establishment is fantastic! I had a manicure, and my friend had a pedicure. The nail technician - I would even call her an artist - is incredibly enthusiastic, offers a wide range of options, accommodates changes, is exceptionally friendly, and does an outstanding job with nail art tailored to your preferences!
The worst place to visit, my partner went there and returned disappointed and tearful due to the poor quality service they provided. They consistently overcharge. My partner visited on a Saturday for a pedicure and manicure, and they botched her toenail, cutting it incorrectly. After wearing her work boots the next day, her toe began to ache, and by Monday, it was bleeding. She came home in agony and had to wear sandals to work. Upon returning to the salon, they refused to rectify their mistake, only removing the nail polish and declining to fix it. Initially, they claimed she had an infection, then instructed her to apply alcohol for three days before returning for a fix. Save yourself money and hassle as they are unwilling to correct errors. Avoid this establishment as they have lost a loyal customer due to their actions.
