Candiss…every strand was a different length. This could be due to her tugging on my head with each snip. However, she did give a great blowout, likely to mask her choppy work.
I visit this salon for my hair needs, Cindy Franco is my go-to - I adore this place. It's down-to-earth with a warm and friendly team. To comply with COVID rules, they've set up a spacious patio in the back parking lot, shaded by a tent and surrounded by lush potted plants. (Current appointments are back indoors, with everyone wearing masks)
This spot rates a mere 1 out of 10. If possible, I'd give it a zero. Overbooked and lacking communication. My appointment was with KELLY who, in my view, is the "WORST" choice. She's UNRELIABLE, INEFFECTIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and utterly OBLIVIOUS. Your time and values mean nothing to her. Perhaps a different stylist would have given me a better experience. She tried to make excuses to my face assuming I wouldn't notice! Just a heads up, avoid KELLY and read reviews before booking here. Very let down!!
