I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent nail service. The technicians disregarded my preferences and proceeded with their own choices, resulting in nails that looked in urgent need of a fill immediately after completion. My toenails had smudges, and I was charged $100 for the worst nail experience I've ever had.
I had a disappointing experience at this salon. Despite a glowing referral from a friend, my appointment felt rushed and full of errors. The nail technician neglected to file my nails or tend to my cuticles, leaving them looking overgrown. I requested oval nails but ended up with uneven stiletto shapes. The quality of the paint job was subpar, with numerous mistakes. I wanted to voice my concerns, but it seemed like the technician was eager to finish and go for lunch, even though the salon wasn't busy. I still tipped 20%, but the rushed service was not worth it. A full set in just 45 minutes was a letdown.
