I scheduled a brow session for Sunday, March 24 at 11:55 am and arrived promptly. While conversing with the esthetician, a woman entered demanding immediate attention for her brows. Instead of honoring my scheduled appointment, they accommodated her first. It appears that Benefit prioritizes individuals who create a scene over loyal customers who follow the protocol and book appointments. What purpose do appointments serve if they are not respected? This sets a troubling precedent that the most vocal and discourteous customers receive preferential treatment over those who adhere to the established system. While Liza apologized to the unappointed customer for any inconvenience, she made no mention of the delay caused to me. I will be seeking services elsewhere!
