Simply put, I LUV my hair! So lucky to find Sarah thru instagram. She worked her unicorn magic fixing my difficult and uneven pre-colored asian hair with highlights, toning, cut and color in 6hrs. She's an expert in her craft, with an attention to detail and super gentle on the scalp. Her lovely personality makes it so comfortable sitting at her chair. Brought my wife for a back waxing appointment. The establishment is spotless and has a pleasant aroma. The employees were extremely courteous and addressed all of my inquiries. The service was top-notch. We will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend it.

Adored how the lady styled my son's hair. Don't know her name, but she's on the first chair by the window, blonde and lovely. Now, about my 2-year-old's haircut, I'm very particular about who and how his hair ends up. She did an amazing job; my little one never fusses about haircuts, but today he was in a grumpy, crying mood. He really needed a trim, and the lady was so patient and understanding with his fussiness. Gave her a generous tip for the trouble; it's the least I could do. She did an outstanding job. Thank you. I scheduled a brow session for Sunday, March 24 at 11:55 am and arrived promptly. While conversing with the esthetician, a woman entered demanding immediate attention for her brows. Instead of honoring my scheduled appointment, they accommodated her first. It appears that Benefit prioritizes individuals who create a scene over loyal customers who follow the protocol and book appointments. What purpose do appointments serve if they are not respected? This sets a troubling precedent that the most vocal and discourteous customers receive preferential treatment over those who adhere to the established system. While Liza apologized to the unappointed customer for any inconvenience, she made no mention of the delay caused to me.
