I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my balayage request. Despite providing clear examples through photos, the result was a complete disaster. I strongly advise against visiting this salon and have no intention of returning. I demanded a full refund for the damage caused to my hair, as it is now breaking in multiple areas. The stylist was unprofessional and only offered a partial refund. It will require two additional visits to another salon to correct the damage done. I will not be returning. Photos of the subpar "Balayage" are available for viewing.
We adore the staff and the establishment. Thank you, Sandra, for the fantastic haircut and style. Definitely worth the trip!
My hairdresser is Darenda, she truly listens to my preferences. The ambiance is welcoming, and I've enjoyed interacting with the staff. I will definitely continue to have Darenda as my stylist.
