I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my balayage request. Despite providing clear examples through photos, the result was a complete disaster. I strongly advise against visiting this salon and have no intention of returning. I demanded a full refund for the damage caused to my hair, as it is now breaking in multiple areas. The stylist was unprofessional and only offered a partial refund. It will require two additional visits to another salon to correct the damage done. I will not be returning.
