If I could award 10 stars, I definitely would! Taylor & the whole crew at Radiant Nails is EXCEPTIONAL! I had a reservation for this evening post-work, not realizing they close at that hour. I usually visit on weekends and have their contact saved, so I missed their closing time online. They graciously accommodated my fill, pedicure & eyebrow wax appointment at the time I needed. They stayed open just for me. This level of customer care is increasingly rare. I don’t plan on booking at that hour again, as I don’t want to inconvenience them, but they truly deserve recognition and gratitude for their flexibility. Folks of Emerson, pick Radiant Nails every time! Thank you Radiant Nails team, I value you and you’ve gained a lifelong customer. Well, I was already one, but tonight reaffirmed my choice years ago!
I had heard and witnessed fantastic outcomes from Radiant Nails. I am at a loss for words at how stunning my nails turned out. Taylor, the nail expert, was absolutely 💯 incredible. When I couldn’t decide on a design, he suggested butterflies, which happen to be my all-time favorite. He executed the design flawlessly, and the entire experience, including the ambiance, was truly delightful. I highly recommend everyone to show them some love and support. Today, a person with a beaded bracelet worked on my nails. I showed them a picture of the French tip design with a small line below that I desired. Unfortunately, they accidentally cut me multiple times and gave both me and my friend unfriendly glances. Additionally, they trimmed my nails too short and left a noticeable gap between the two colors.
