Yesterday, I treated myself to the Facial Infusion Nano-needling by Ally. It was an incredibly relaxing experience that I greatly needed. Ally's skill and professionalism always leave me feeling rejuvenated. The only downside is when the facial comes to an end. The new spa is a haven of beauty and tranquility. A remarkable experience with Michelle at Dazzled! For many, a visit to the nail salon for a pedicure is a time to unwind and feel pampered. Yet often, one may feel overlooked, unsatisfied with the outcome, hesitant to speak up, or rushed through the process. However, with Michelle, this was not the case. In my decade of receiving pedicures, this was by far the finest one. Michelle was attentive, considerate, and provided an exceptional foot massage. Her approach was unlike any other I've encountered, offering a highly personalized pedicure experience. If I could award 10 stars, I definitely would! Taylor & the whole crew at Radiant Nails is EXCEPTIONAL! I had a reservation for this evening post-work, not realizing they close at that hour. I usually visit on weekends and have their contact saved, so I missed their closing time online. They graciously accommodated my fill, pedicure & eyebrow wax appointment at the time I needed. They stayed open just for me. This level of customer care is increasingly rare. I don’t plan on booking at that hour again, as I don’t want to inconvenience them, but they truly deserve recognition and gratitude for their flexibility. Folks of Emerson, pick Radiant Nails every time! Thank you Radiant Nails team, I value you and you’ve gained a lifelong customer.
