I came in for a nail appointment and the staff was really friendly, but I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. I mentioned a few times that one nail was slightly off-center, and the technician said she would fix it by filing it, but instead, she made it look more like a coffin shape rather than square like the others. Additionally, my pinky nail was crooked, and she had to redo it twice, but it still didn't look right. The rhinestones also fell off within two days. This was my third visit, and I don't think I'll be returning.
