I came in for a nail appointment and the staff was really friendly, but I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. I mentioned a few times that one nail was slightly off-center, and the technician said she would fix it by filing it, but instead, she made it look more like a coffin shape rather than square like the others. Additionally, my pinky nail was crooked, and she had to redo it twice, but it still didn't look right. The rhinestones also fell off within two days. This was my third visit, and I don't think I'll be returning. I also paid $85 for this set, which I felt was a bit expensive.
I absolutely ADORE my nails!! They were so lovely and kind to my brothers, dad, and me. I never caught the name of the person who did my nail art, but she nailed it, let me tell you.
They did an absolutely fantastic job! I visited yesterday to get my nails done, and they turned out flawless. The staff was incredibly kind and didn't rush through the process. They ensured that each nail was done perfectly and even stayed an extra hour to complete my nails.
