Just wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at this Hair Studio. The staff is always friendly and I never leave disappointed with my haircut. Thank you all and looking forward to my next visit!
I decided to get highlights on the lower part of my hair at this salon. I arrived early but was unsure about my stylist as she didn't introduce herself. The consultation was rushed, and she only inquired about the desired lightness of my hair after applying the bleach. During the process, she applied the bleach messily, getting it all over my neck, ears, and even my face. Despite a smooth hair wash, cut, and checkout, I was shocked to find a cut on the back of my scalp from her comb while parting my hair at home. Although it's healing, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care shown during the appointment.
I'm always hesitant to try a new hair salon, but today I took a leap of faith, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Casey, for patiently explaining your suggestions and delivering an exceptional haircut. I'm thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be returning. I feel like a new person! 😊
