Awful experience. Rough file handling, noticeable color difference due to lack of base, early peeling, unevenly placed rhinestones. Tilted nails.
I read the prior feedback on nail world, and it wasn't so positive. A friend was going, so I decided to check it out. The technician, Chase, did a great job. No unnecessary charges, clear explanations, and a friendly atmosphere. My friend was thrilled with her full set, though not my style. The overall experience was pleasant, even the receptionist was welcoming. The salon appeared clean and bustling. I might try a full set next time and share my thoughts.
The nail artist who attended to me did a terrible job. Nails uneven, poorly shaped, gel polish peeling off. She was on the phone throughout, neglecting to ask about preferences. The lack of interaction was disappointing. My friend's nails, done by a different artist, turned out great. Quality seems to vary based on the technician. (I don't have photos of when I got them)
