Drive-thru notification indicated a recent opening, stating it would take an additional 15 minutes to gather eye drops. However, employees were seen leisurely entering ten minutes after opening. Overhearing conversations in the pharmacy, one employee had to abruptly leave to retrieve something from home.
The pharmacy staff displayed exceptional friendliness and were willing to contact the provider on our behalf to resolve a prescription issue. The wait time was minimal, and we were quickly on our way. I am thoroughly impressed. The negative reviews are puzzling to me.
