For 15 years, I have frequented Supercuts in San Ramon, and I will continue to do so as long as Thuy is there. She is exceptional, and I always enjoy encountering her and Kim during my visits. Both of them are incredibly kind and do a fantastic job. Thuy knows precisely how to style my hair, and I have complete faith in her abilities!
Kim consistently delivers an excellent haircut. She works efficiently while meticulously tending to every detail. I always appreciate her friendly and cheerful demeanor.
I will never return. I was attended to by a lady of Hispanic descent who was pleasant and chatty, but completely ruined my hair just two weeks before a wedding I have to attend. I requested a light layering and even showed her a reference photo. My hair was already short, just an inch above my shoulders. However, she ended up cutting two inches off, taking a big chunk out with clippers, shaving the hairs on my neck, and leaving me with a lopsided hairline. I was horrified but lacked the courage to tell her she had messed up. Instead, I just asked her to stop cutting. After she finished, I paid and left. I felt like I shouldn't have paid for such a botched job but couldn't bring myself to confront her. I will never go back. It was foolish of me to expect this place to execute something as simple as light layers. I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. It's been three days, and I've been in tears over this disastrous haircut.
