Avoid this establishment at all costs! My recent appointment resulted in the worst hair highlighting disaster I have ever experienced! Large white and yellow bleached patches and spots now mar the top and left side of my head. It is inconceivable that a supposedly "licensed" professional could produce such a botched job! After shelling out $155 plus tips, I now have to seek assistance from a different salon to rectify this nightmare! The toner provided only masks the bleached spots temporarily until the first wash. Update: Madison Reed Corporation reached out via email acknowledging their error and offering a return visit to their salon for rectification (with no refund option). However, a visit to a licensed salon estimated a $300 cost to fix the damage and indicated a waiting period of at least 3 weeks to avoid further hair damage from over-processing. The corporation representative from Madison Reed seems unconcerned about potential issues arising from further bleaching. I refuse to return to their establishment under any circumstances!

Appalled. After months of growing my hair out, I visited for blonde highlights only to leave with an entire head of orange and white hair. The manager expressed bewilderment at the outcome and could only offer to dye my hair dark brown as a solution. I was informed that due to the stylist's errors, I would need to seek color correction elsewhere to prevent my hair from reverting to its orange state. Despite the apologies, they offer little comfort as I depart the salon with damaged, multi-colored, and brittle hair.

The proprietor is solely focused on profits, using the economy as an excuse to continuously raise prices. Since the beginning, the membership costs have been steadily increasing. Quality is sacrificed for quantity, prioritizing the number of customers over service excellence. Upper management remains unresponsive to issues raised. Despite numerous past problems left unresolved, I have reached a point of resignation. The exorbitant price hikes have compelled me to reduce my tipping amount, as affordability becomes a concern. While the staff members are pleasant, they seem constrained in their abilities to address issues. For an unlimited membership, complimentary home touch-ups should be provided in addition to salon touch-ups, especially considering the short-lived color results.
