Just experienced the most horrendous customer service ever. I arrived late for my appointment, fully aware that I might need to reschedule. Despite this, I had inquiries regarding splitting my appointment for easier scheduling in the future. The individual at the reception desk insisted on rescheduling, constantly talking over me as I tried to understand the appointment process and explore the possibility of same-day services. When I mentioned my unsuccessful attempts at reaching them by phone, I was repeatedly interrupted and spoken over. The interaction became so frustrating that I decided to simply reschedule and take my business elsewhere.
