I'm hesitant to share how amazing Kelly is because I want to keep her all to myself. But she's truly the best that Jade Day Spa has to offer. Book an appointment with her, you won't be disappointed. Just please save a slot for me.
I've tried this spa three times now, and I can't give it any more chances. Yesterday's one-hour massage was so bad that I had to stop it early and leave. Even though I paid for the full session, it was the worst massage I've ever had. The masseuse seemed untrained, just rubbing me without proper technique. She also kept sniffling throughout the massage. On a previous visit, they even charged me an extra $10 to use a pregnancy pillow. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I had a fantastic time at this spa! The therapists were skilled and attentive, creating a serene environment. The ambiance was calming, and the massage itself was excellent. I left feeling refreshed and would highly recommend it for a top-notch wellness experience.
