Nancy performed admirably with meticulous attention to detail. I admired her delicate touch and restraint in trimming the cuticles. While a couple of nails displayed minor bubbles and my thumbs were slightly uneven in length, this establishment is ideal for those not fixated on perfection. An added bonus was Nancy's adept repair of my broken nail with acrylic, as well as the application of a strengthening base on another nail showing signs of cracking. Overall, my visit was pleasant, ranking among the top nail salons in Danville/San Ramon.
Chaotic experience, left feeling unappreciated and marginalized. Demonstrated a lack of engagement and minimal effort in communication. With numerous other salons in the vicinity, there is little incentive to revisit. On a positive note, the nail polish did endure without chipping, and there were no instances of infection. The attendant did offer an apology upon causing slight bleeding.
I ADORE elegant nail. Their dip manicures are my go-to choice. They consistently apply a generous number of layers, extending to the edges of my nails for long-lasting results. Additionally, their nail art is exceptional. The staff members exude warmth and positivity at all times! I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment!
