Walked in unannounced, as their website isn't user-friendly for appointments. I selected a color for an acrylic set, but was met with rudeness for not having an appointment. The apology given felt insincere, as the lady escorted me out and shut the door in front of me in front of other customers. Don't trust their walk-in sign if you don't have an appointment.
I used to be a fan of this salon under previous ownership. However, the current management has raised prices and the quality of pedicures has declined. The service feels rushed, with no personalized options for scent selection in the "deluxe" pedicure. I paid $80 for a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and a small acrylic addition on one nail, which seemed overpriced. $60 for the pedicure, $15 for gel polish, and $5 for acrylic. Disappointing experience, I am officially giving up on this place.
First visit to this salon was a pleasant experience. The cleanliness and ambiance were top-notch. The owner provided excellent service during my pedicure, treating me like royalty. Lilli, the manicurist, was also fantastic. Highly recommended!
