They are knowledgeable, gentle, have a calm demeanor and were interested in helping me with any concerns I had with my skin and gave me so much information to help me understand not only what type of products to use for my skin, but how to use the products properly and why this makes a difference. There is much more that they taught me in caring for my skin. The products used for my facial were chosen for what I needed, not just a regime that was used for every person. I went in today for a loose spiral perm and i must say lori did exactly what i wanted and she did an amazing job! Her and her sister were very sweet! Walked in unannounced, as their website isn't user-friendly for appointments. I selected a color for an acrylic set, but was met with rudeness for not having an appointment. The apology given felt insincere, as the lady escorted me out and shut the door in front of me in front of other customers.
