I came in for a gel x set removal and to get a gel manicure and Sarah assisted me. She was extremely professional, kind and provided exceptional service with care. I truly appreciated her attention to detail. This was my first experience at Be Polished Nails and Spa and I absolutely adored it! I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Sarah!
I phoned to inquire about a walk-in appointment and was told it would be a 15-minute wait. I decided to have a quick snack in my car (just finished work) and arrived after 15 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. After expressing my concern about the delay, I was informed that I would still have to wait another 15+ minutes, so I decided to leave. I am currently contentedly seated across the street. Unless you have a prior appointment or they have an available technician, do not rely on their estimated wait times.
