Just needed a swift trim, so my main concern was to easily secure an appointment and to be in and out as swiftly as possible. I scheduled early in the morning, had my pick of appointment slots, and only waited about 5 minutes upon arrival. All the personnel were amiable and professional.
Marissa was absolutely FANTASTIC! She was incredibly friendly and knew precisely what I required. I departed with a grin on my face. She even shared some hair advice. :) The man at the reception was exceptionally kind. He directed me to their alternate site for hair coloring. Highly recommended.
Most dreadful haircut ever, and my hair was already short! Avoid the individual with the black neck-length bob hairstyle. She sheared my hair and disregarded my requests for a "trim". Now I'm stuck with an "elderly" hairstyle when all I wanted was a pixie trim. She declined to use the shaver when I asked for a 1 or 2, she just kept snipping away with the scissors ✂️ I demand a refund, I will not endorse this establishment, nor will I ever return!!
