I adore this nail salon. The nail artists are so sweet! However, my first time trying dip powder here was a disaster. From the start of removing my old dip powder, I regretted my choice. It seems they lack experience with natural long nails and dip powder. Some remnants of my old sea foam green dip powder were left on my nails, visible under the new white dip powder. I had to speak up a lot during the appointment as my nails ended up bulky and square instead of the coffin shape I requested. Even after the appointment, my nails were still bulky and lacked color on the sides, despite coming in with beautiful thin dip powdered nails. My cuticles and the skin around my nail beds felt and still feel burned and damaged.
