I visited this establishment to book an appointment for eyebrow shaping. Despite my intentions, the staff member I spoke with insisted that my eyebrows were already well-groomed and declined to schedule an appointment for when they would need shaping again. I persisted, but encountered further rejection. To my surprise, when I suggested my friend have her eyebrows done instead, I was once again turned down under the false pretense of a full house. The lack of professionalism and rudeness displayed by the employees was truly disappointing. It almost seemed as though positive reviews were fabricated or coerced. While I hesitate to be confrontational, I feel compelled to contact the owner regarding the unprofessional conduct of the staff at this establishment.
Mr. Jin is truly talented. I absolutely love the sunflower-themed eyelashes. They are exactly what I was hoping for. So beautiful! I will definitely return for another visit!
