Absolutely stunning! The platinum shade is just perfect. Exceptional service! I revisited Frankie after the bleaching and toning, and had my mermaid hues refreshed (soft pink, blue, and violet). Not a single day has passed in the last 3 weeks without 2 to 4 individuals approaching me to admire my hair. Unbelievable! Keep it up, Frankie!
Being a new customer today, I received full highlights (with significant pandemic regrowth) from Taylor and a much-needed trim from Sasha. The highlights by Taylor took half the time and looked 20 times more natural and stunning than any similar work I've had in my previous 2 decades of highlighting. Sasha then gave me the most flattering haircut I've had in a long time - and I must mention that my hair was extremely damaged and excessively long. She preserved the length and restored its pre-breakage appearance. They were an incredible duo, and I cannot recommend them and the salon enough. I received a compliment from a stranger on the street within a minute of leaving the salon - they were truly exceptional. :) Thank you!
