AVOID letting Alex at brow bar touch your eyebrows. I went in for a tidy up of my brows since my usual place was closed. Alex drew lines to “map” my brows and when asked to “fix them” I declined as my brows are thin and hard to regrow. Despite my request, Alex waxed my brows, claiming one arch was higher. I explained the natural difference due to different threaders, but she continued, leaving one brow half the width of the other. Although not charged, I am deeply upset. Clear communication was ignored, and now I face two important events with mismatched brows. Alex should not continue as a waxer.
