Avoid the male nail artist! He's terrible. Came in before 10am for a manicure/gel. Initially attended to by a woman, then a male staffer took over. He was rough, seemed unclean, and appeared sweaty. Ended up with a bleeding nail, he just apologized and wiped it with his finger without washing his hands. Disgusting. I regret not leaving.
Lily is a rare find. She's incredibly skilled, warm, and kind. I present her with a design, and she executes it flawlessly. Her attention to detail is exceptional! I wholeheartedly endorse Lily.
It's illegal in California to impose a fee for card transactions, yet they do it to all customers here. My first visit, and I'm thoroughly disappointed. A young man did my nail fill. Left acrylic residue around my nail bed, uneven thickness, and a sloppy paint job. Despite the owner Lynn offering a redo, I'm upset that they employ someone incompetent and charge for subpar service. I won't be returning.
