I am absolutely enamored with this establishment. Initially hesitant, as one often is when seeking a new nail salon, I took a chance after relocating to Santa Barbara and needing a manicure for my upcoming wedding. Discovering this gem through online reviews, I decided to give it a try. Michelle, my nail technician, was prompt and attentive. I showed her a photo of the desired nail design for my wedding, and she executed it flawlessly. Her patience and friendliness were truly commendable. I will certainly be a returning customer and will happily recommend this salon to others. The $60 I paid for my nails was well worth it.
Despite a negative past experience, I decided to revisit this salon while running errands in the area. Initially, the service seemed satisfactory, although I did notice a higher price point than what I typically pay elsewhere. However, within days, issues arose with the quality of the manicure, including rhinestones falling off and nails lifting. Upon returning to address the concerns, I was met with additional charges and a lack of satisfactory customer service. The inconvenience of having to pay in cash and the subpar quality of the service led me to walk away dissatisfied.
Upon my initial inquiry about pricing, I found the rates to be quite reasonable. Opting for a simple almond shape design during my visit, I was ultimately charged $80. While the service was satisfactory, I question whether the design truly warranted such a high cost.
