I am not pleased at all. I must fix my nails before my journey. The top coat is all over my cuticles, chunks on my skin. Nails uneven, color missing on nails, but plenty on skin. I will spend elsewhere now.
We adore this spot! Years of patronage, straying at times. Yet we return for the people. They adore my sister, she’s Down syndrome, treating her well. I'd trust leaving her for a nail session. I wouldn’t, but I'd feel at ease. Love, love, love this spot and its people.
I've frequented this place for long, always great work! Until recently... A few months back, I grew my nails, got them dipped. The technician made them thin, broke the next day. Returned for a redo, asked for thicker, faced resistance, eventually got them right. Paid full price. Last week, a new technician, rough, rushed, made me bleed, dipped too thin! Asked for thicker, still too thin. A week later, nails are a mess, breaking. Prices vary every visit, same service. Lost a customer. The owner, a great woman, always booked.
