The service was decent at most. I entered, typically go for a 2 on the sides and enough off the top to style. I requested a 3 on top, the person said it was too short and suggested a 5, we settled on the 5. Suddenly, I ended up with basically a 2 and a 3 😑 completely disregarded our agreement and now my hair looks odd. The beard trim was below average. I still had mustache hairs as lengthy as my beard. I had my son with me (who has ADHD) and another staff member scolded him for trying to move a chair, despite me already telling him not to. I won't be returning here. I like trying new places for the experience, and this one was a miss for me.
