The staff here were quite absent-minded...they accidentally left my hands soaking in pure acetone for an hour and 20 minutes. When they finally returned, my hands were red, cracked, and stinging with pain. Unfortunately, they offered no guidance on how to alleviate the discomfort. I am not pleased at all. I must fix my nails before my journey. The top coat is all over my cuticles, chunks on my skin. Nails uneven, color missing on nails, but plenty on skin. The service was decent at most. I entered, typically go for a 2 on the sides and enough off the top to style. I requested a 3 on top, the person said it was too short and suggested a 5, we settled on the 5. Suddenly, I ended up with basically a 2 and a 3 😑 completely disregarded our agreement and now my hair looks odd. The beard trim was below average. I still had mustache hairs as lengthy as my beard. I had my son with me (who has ADHD) and another staff member scolded him for trying to move a chair, despite me already telling him not to. I won't be returning here.
