This is the only salon I've visited in NYC. The way I've been treated here has never made me consider looking elsewhere. The team is always welcoming, and they offer complimentary beverages. It's essential to book appointments in advance, so make sure to schedule on time.
Feeling really disappointed! I was really looking forward to a high-quality haircut! My stylist was nice but lacked the necessary skills. I requested a bald fade and a sharp lineup, but she couldn't deliver. She mentioned she wasn't certified to use a straight razor for the lineup. It's not her fault, but I didn't get the haircut I wanted, and I could sense her discomfort. It pains me to say this because I wanted it to be a positive experience, but I honestly feel like I didn't get my money's worth. I felt uneasy in the chair, like I was getting a cheap haircut from someone inexperienced, despite paying over $50. I wouldn't recommend this salon to a friend :(
After years of going to the same hairstylist, I decided it was time for a change. I visited Alex and hands down, they are the best stylist I've ever been to. They are attentive, detail-oriented, passionate about their work, and remember exactly how you like your hair done! The stylists here are all truly amazing. The receptionist at the front desk, Sam, also enhances the overall experience.
